This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 83 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 83 days is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission. When the matter is posted for admission, the names of learned counsel for R3 and R4 shall be printed in the cause-list. The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to immediately serve the papers on the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4.
