ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to take action based upon the findings of the Enquiry Committee's Report dated 19.09.2024.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the fourth respondent that the petitioner and the other respondents have colluded with each other and are attempting to falsely implicate the fourth respondent on a fictions and concocted charge.

3. While looking at the prayer sought for in the present petition is, seeking direction to proceed further with the findings of the Enquiry Committee's Report dated 19.09.2024.

In this regard, the learned Special Government Pleader would fairly submit that a Show Cause Notice has already been issued, and action is being pursued in accordance with the findings of the Enquiry Committee's Report dated 19.09.2024. Therefore, this Court finds no necessity to pass any further orders in the present writ petition.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, the present writ petition is closed. No costs. 28.08.2025 ssi Index : Yes Speaking Order : Yes/No 3/5
