This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15448 of 2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Peelamedu B6 Police Station, Coimbatore daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30., until further orders.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
