ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the Crime No.661 of 2016 and to file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhukkarai for an offence under Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 and the same has been taken on file in PRC.No.18 of 2020.
