COMMON ORDER These applications are filed to pass a final decree by appointing an Advocate Commissioner and as per the Joint Compromise Decree and Judgment dated 26/07/2023 passed in OSA.No.309 and 326 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants / plaintiffs submitted that the plaintiffs have drawn a sketch and they are willing to divide their property in accordance with their sketch.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent / defendant also does not have any objection as to the dimensions of the suit property as shown in the suit schedule and on the basis of which the preliminary decree has been passed. The learned counsel for the defendant also filed a sketch showing the mode of division agreeable to both the sides and the same is accepted by the plaintiffs / decree holder also and to that effect the learned counsel for the plaintiff / decree holder has made an endorsement on the rough sketch.

4. Considering the same, I feel final decree can be passed in accordance with the sketch now filed by the respondent / defendant and the sketch shall form part of the final decree.
