ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN J.) The petitioner is the wife of one Saravanan. Alleging that on 03.06.2016, the third respondent has illegally detained her husband, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu was arrested on 08.06.2016 in connection with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cr.No.946/2015 registered by Poonamalle Police Station under Section 379 IPC and Cr.No.1083/2016 registered by Poonamalle Police Station under Sections 341, 294(B), 336, 427, 395 and 506 (ii) IPC and remanded to judicial custody before the Judicial Magistrate II, Poonamalle and now he has been lodged in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.
