This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should report before the N3, Muthailpet Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23623 of 2022 in order dated 30.09.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, charge sheet was filed and the case is taken on file in C.C.No.1179 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
