ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5607 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5600 of 2020, dated 22.09.2020, in paragraph No.4 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police on first and third Monday of every month until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5607 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5600 of 2020, dated 22.09.2020 regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5607 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5600 of 2020, dated 22.09.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
