ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the mother of one J.Divya aged about 22 years. On the allegation, she has been found missing from 20.05.2016, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when this Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, neither the petitioner was present nor was there any representation by her counsel.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue appeared before the Inspector of Police, Basin Bridge Police Station, Pulianthope, Chennai on 13.6.2016 and submitted that on her own accord, she married one Kannan and from the date of marriage, she was living at Achampati village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Madurai District along with her husband. The petitioner has also given in writing admitting the above fact.
