This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R, vide Crime No.626 of 2020, dated 27.04.2020, pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after investigation in Cr.No.626 of 2020, final report has been filed and taken on file before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram in C.C.No.540/2021. He further submitted that the petitioner appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate and paid the fine amount on 24.11.2021.
