This petition has been filed to grant extension of time for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 26.05.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.7419 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25459 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reason stated by the learned counsel, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. No further extension will be granted.
