This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed to the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12959 of 2023 its order dated 14.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
