This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second Respondent to consider out application dated 07.03.2022 for cancellation of Patta nos.539 ( SF No. 1153/3C2), 536 ( SF No.1153/3A2), 474 ( SF No.1153/3C1) & 242 ( SF No.1153/3A1) in Ponnapuram Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District and for resurvey and subdivision of our lands as per the registered original partition deed Doc No. 2031/1958 dated 19.07.1958 and consequently issue individual patta.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners have made a representation before the 2nd respondent, seeking to issue Patta to the aforesaid property in the name of the petitioners. However, the said application has been rejected.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
