O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Thiruchengode to dispose of O.S.No.9 of 2020 within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose the same, even without notice to respondents.

3. The first respondent herein filed a suit for partition and the present revision petitioner is the third defendant in the suit.

4. On perusal of the typed set of papers, it is seen that the suit has been pending from November 2020 onwards for framing of issues.

5. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that even as on today, no issues have been framed and the said statement is recorded.

6. Since there is no substantial progress in the suit from November 2020 onwards, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below, to dispose of the suit, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. In view of the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
