O R D E R

(The order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J. ) The petitioner is the wife of one Mr.Sridhar. Mr.Sridhar was admittedly a 'schizophrenia' patient. He was taking treatment in a private hospital known as Schizophrenia Research Foundation. It is alleged that from 20.06.2015 he is found missing. In this regard, a case has already been registered by the respondent in Crime No.626 of 2015 for 'manmissing' and the same is investigated.

2. From the materials placed before us, we are of the view that there is no illegal detention, warranting any order, as prayed for in this petition. Therefore, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed, however with a direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law.
