Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to declare the petitioners (Roll Nos.10580001,09580002,09580001 & 09580008 respectively and subject Code.58) as successfully passed in eligibility for Lectureship in the NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY TEST (Net) held on 30.12.2012 on the basis of minimum marks prescribed for PapersI, II and III in the notification issued by the first respondent in November 2012 without considering the higher percentage of aggregate of all the three papers which was published on 25.03.2013 after declaring the results.
