2. The learned counsel for the appellants would state that in the judgment dated 21.06.2023, in paragraph No.14 (iv), it is mistakenly typed as Rs.6,87,000/- instead of mentioning the enhanced amount, and the appellants are not entitled for interest for the delay period as regards enhanced amount.

3. Therefore in paragraph No.14(iv), it reads as follows: ''14 (iv). It is made clear that the appellants are not entitled to claim interest for the enhanced amount of Rs.7,22,000/- for the delay period as per the order of this Court made in C.M.P.No.16740 of 2021 in C.M.A.SR.No.88291 of 2021. No costs''.
