Crl.O.P.No.15975 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.15975 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.

J.

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294 (b), 323, 324 & 506(2) IPC, in Crime No.220 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court finds from the order dated 03.07.2023, passed in Crl.O.P.No.14713 of 2023 that the petition was dismissed as withdrawn as against the petitioner after this Court expressed its view that anticipatory bail cannot be granted to the petitioner, as the petitioner used iron rod for causing injuries, requiring 5 sutures. 3.This is the second anticipatory bail petition. There is no change of circumstances for entertaining this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
