(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the claim of the compensation amount from Rs.25,00,000/- to Rs.34,50,000/-.

Merely because, more amount is sought, it would not mean that the said amount, as such, would be awarded and it is only on appreciation of evidence, appropriate orders would be passed by the Court.

Hence, permission is granted and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
