Mr. M. Guruprasad, Government's Counsel Order This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioners online Application bearing No.APP-20260316MMSWE0A0 dated 16.03.2026 and consequently issue absolute patta in favour of the petitioners.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed an online application dated 16.03.2026 seeking for an issuance of absolute patta in their favour for the property comprised in Survey No.627/1 and 627/2 total to

the extent of Punjai Acre 3.48 situated at Kalingiyam Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erods District. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government's Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioners online application dated 16.03.2026 will be considered and disposed of within a period of 8 weeks. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to dispose of the petitioners online application dated 16.03.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioners and concerned parties if any, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
