This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 338 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons intentionally assembled with deadly weapons in order to commit dacoity. Hence the case.

3. Heard both sides.
