O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4669 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5637 of 2020 dated 04.08.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4669 of 2020 Crl.O.P.No.5637 of 2020 dated 04.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No-6, Salem on the first working day of every month, until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
