This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 454 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioners to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 12.08.2025.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 13.08.2025 along with the connected batch, if the same is otherwise in order. If the cost is not paid on or before 12.08.2025, this C.M.P. stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
