ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of his representation dated 17.03.2018.
2.A perusal of the records would show that the petitioner has already filed a Civil Suit in A.S.C.F.R. No.340 of 2018 on the file of the District Judge, Ootacamund seeking decree for partition of the aforementioned agricultural land against respondents 2 and 3 showing them as defendants. It is well settled legal position that no two parallel proceedings can be allowed to take place.

3.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to move a petition before the Civil Court if he desires. No costs.
