This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 17.07.2018 in W.P. No. 5358 of 2011 passed by the Court.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent has produced Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 2093/2023/F1/Ma1 dated 15.09.2023 passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Zone - 1, Corporation of Vellore showing that the order dated 17.07.2018 in W.P. No. 5358 of 2011 passed by the Court has been complied and its copy is placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition.
