ORDER
This Court, by an order dated 18.02.2020 in C.R.P.(NPD) No.629 of 2020, considering the fact that the petitioner has already given an undertaking to pay the arrears, directed the petitioner/tenant to pay the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Cont. P.No.1613 of 2021 arrears of rent within a period of 8 weeks and also directed to vacate and hand over the vacant possession to the respondent/landlord within 6 months. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent/tenant has paid the entire arrears of the rent and also vacate and hand over the premises to the petitioner/landlord and the order passed by this Court has been complied with.
3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.
