Though the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 11.08.2015, however when the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the impugned order, a consequential order dated 25.10.2024 has been passed by the 1st respondent in respect of the very same petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
