ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking visitation right of his child who is with the second respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. Though notice has been served on the second respondent, none appeared on behalf of the second respondent either in person or through pleader.
3. It seems that there was family dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent. The first respondent has no authority to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner to order for visitation right of the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition itself is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
