This application has been filed seeking permission to file additional documents.

2.The said documents relate to the death certificate, legal heirship certificate, aadhar card and consent affidavit and such other documents. 3.They are necessary documents to establish the case of the petitioners who seeks probate of Will. This application stands allowed. 4.The additional documents may be taken on record by the learned Master. In the course of recording of evidence, if the learned Master has any issue relating to admissibility, the documents may be marked and the matter may be referred back to this Court.

5.In view of the fact that A.No.4294 of 2022 is allowed, the Original Petition may be listed before the learned Master for recording of evidence on 12.10.2022.
