CMP.Nos.16765, 16764 & 16768 of 2023 in CMA.No.3450 of 2010 M.DHANDAPANI,J These petitions are filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 1409 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the seventh respondent in the main appeal, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the seventh respondent and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased seventh respondent and rank them as respondents 14 to 17 in the main appeal.
