CMP.Nos.16587, 16580 &16585 of 2023 in CMA.No.3450 of 2010 M.DHANDAPANI,J These petitions are filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 269 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sixth respondent in the main appeal, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sixth respondent and to bring the petitioner on record as the legal heirs of the deceased sixth respondent and rank him as 13th respondent in the main appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
