CMP.Nos.16558, 16563 & 16566 of 2023 in CMA.No.3450 of 2010 M.DHANDAPANI,J These petitions are filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 6069 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent in the main appeal, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent and to bring the petitioner / respondents on record as the legal heirs of the deceased third respondent and rank them as respondents 10 to 12 in the main appeal.
