This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6119 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, final report is filed and the petitioner is not an accused in this case.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is not an accused in this case, this Court is of the view that no further order is necessary in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
