.. Defendant Civil Suit filed under Order IV Rule 1 of Original Side Rules 1956 read with Order VII Rule 1 CPC praying for the following judgment and decree against the defendants for the following reliefs:

a)directing the defendant to pay the plaintiff a sum of Rs.12,72,551/-(Rupees Twelve Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty One only) together with interest @ 24% per

annum from the date of the plaint till the date of realization. b)directing the defendant to pay the plaintiff a sum of Rs.15,00,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) towards damages and c) costs of the suit;

J U D G M E N T

The suit has been laid by the plaintiff for recovery of money from the defendant Company for providing security services to it.

2. The defendant has been set ex-parte.

3. In support of the plaintiff's case, PW1 has been examined and Exs.P1 to P18 were marked. No challenge has been made to the testimony of PW1 and the documents marked as Exs.P1 to P18.

4.On a perusal of the evidence of PW1 and also the documents marked as Exs.P1 to P18, it is found that the plaintiff Company has established its claim.
