ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03-05-2026 and consequently directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate (NTC) in

respect of Document No.1472/1935 dated 02-08-1935.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.05.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and to dispose of the same, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
