..Respondent Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle TOYOTA INNOVA, Registered No.TN140600, Chassis No.MBJ11JV4007452229, Engine No.2KDU479629 available at the Respondent's premises or wherever found and permit the Advocate Commissioner, to obtain Police aid and to break open the premises.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

This application has been filed for appointment of Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that award has already been passed in this matter.
