2.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned counsel for the Respondents 1 & 2.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Application, in the interest of justice, this Application is ordered on condition that the Applicant pays a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the learned counsel for the Respondents 1 & 2 on or before 18.10.2024.

4.Post the matter before this Court for reporting compliance on 21.10.2024.
