This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to conduct election by way of secret ballot to the Dastagir Mosque and Burial ground as per the order passed by this Court in CRP(NPD).No.4594 of 2011 dated 07.07.2017.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the first respondent failed to conduct election to the above mentioned Wakf as per the undertaking given to this Court in CRP(NPD).No.4594 of 2011. In that case, it is for the petitioner to file a contempt petition. The writ petition filed by the petitioner seeking implementation of the earlier order passed in the writ petition cannot be entertained.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to file appropriate application. No costs.
