(CRIME NO.250/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14835 of 2021 dated 19.08.2021 on condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crime No.250 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police station and thus renders justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 19.08.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition with regard to the appearance.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 19.08.2021 alone stands modified and the 1st petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required whereas the other petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m till filing charge sheet and thereafter as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
