Seeking a direction to the respondents to release the additional list of candidates for admission to Class VI for the Academic Year 2012-2013 in the 5th respondent school, the present writ petition came to be filed.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
