Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.Several representations were made arising out of delayed regularization of appointment of persons who were appointed as plot watchers way back in 1980 on daily wage basis in the Forest Department. After holding a long battle, their services were regularized after 2010.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these petitioners are now seeking for service benefits including the pensionary benefits. Since the issue is now covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.19027 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021 and in W.P.No.35281 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019, this writ petition stands allowed in terms of observations in the above writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
