ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J] The petitioner claims to be the husband of one Mrs.Manisha, aged about 21 years. On the allegation that she has been illegally detained by the 3rd respondent, who is the father of the detenue, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, Mrs.Manisha was produced by the 2nd respondent. 3.

When we enquired her, she told that because her mother was indisposed, she had gone to her house and she was not illegally detained either by her mother or by her father. Now, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

she wants to go into the matrimonial fold. The said statement is recorded.

Since the detenue is aged about 21 years and since she states that she was not illegally detained by anyone, no further orders could be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition. 5.

In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. However, it is made clear that the detenue is at liberty to choose her own way of life.
