This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the case in Crime No:719 of 2010 on the file of the Inspector of Police, B-1, Town Police Station, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.719 of 2010 has been completed and final report has been filed in CC.No.112 of 2010 before the Judicial Magistrate - I, Dharmapuri for offences u/s.294(b), 506(ii) of IPC & Sections 3 & 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998.

4. Recording the same, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
