The petitioner and the respondent got married on 29.10.2020 at Parangipettai in Cuddalore district.

2. The respondent is a permanent resident of Parangipettai. The petitioner is a resident of Thiruvidaimarudur in Thanjavur district. The parties are before the Court in H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2021, which has been initiated by the husband, seeking restitution of conjugal rights.
3. The wife states that she is unable to maintain herself and she has initiated proceeding for maintenance before the Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvidaimarudur in M.C.No.4 of 2023. She states that she is unable to travel from Thiruvidaimarudur to Chidambaram for every hearing.
4. Taking into consideration the difficulties expressed by the wife, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition. Hence, the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court at Chidambaram, Cuddalore District is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District.
5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands Page No 2 of 4
allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
