Prayer: Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent by the proceedings PU/AS-1/Aca-1/KKCEd/2012-13/236, dated 19.10.2012, and quash the same, and direct the 2nd respondent not to insist upon the petitioner to appoint the teaching staff as per the new regulations till 2014.
