(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Challenge in this appeal is to the order of the learned Family Judge granting visitation rights to the father of the child on every first and third Saturdays of a month between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. The paternity of the child is not in dispute. The visitation has been granted only for two Saturdays of a month. If we start entertaining the appeals and if such discretion exercised by the Family Court, there will be no end to this egoistic litigation by the parties to the marriage. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
