2. Even today, i.e., 10.10.2025, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

3. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
