Respondents Common Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Declaration, declaring that the land Acquisition proceedings initiated by the respondent 1 to 4 to acquire the land in Plot Nos.11, 12, 8, 5, 18 & 10 comprised in Survey No.214 of Alamelumangapuram Village, Vellore Taluk, Vellore District to an extent of 2440 sq.ft. under the old land Acquisition Act 1894 is lapsed in so far the petitioners land is concerned as per sec 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 (Act 30 of 2013) and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to exempt the land from acquisition and grant NOC to the petitioner in respect of Plot Nos.11, 12, 8, 5, 18 & 10, comprised in Survey No.214 of Alamelumangapuram Village, Vellore Taluk, Vellore District.
