O R D E R

Pursuant to the docket order passed by this Court, dated 19.09.2024, the matter was referred for mediation before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Court, and the parties have arrived at a compromise, and Mediation Agreement, dated 20.11.2024 has been entered along with a Memorandum of Understanding and Compromise and a Mediation Report annexing such details have also been filed on 21.11.2024. 2.

Both the parties are present. It is also stated that amount has already been paid by the petitioners, as agreed and in this regard, a compliance report memo is also filed before this Court dated 22.01.2025 and so far as the amount that has already been deposited in the Court below, it appears that the respondent has withdrawn a sum of Rs.4,40,000/- and insofar as the balance amount lying in the account of the Court below is concerned, the respondent is entitled to file application to withdraw the same.

3. In view of the Memorandum of Compromise filed by the parties dated 20.11.2024, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. The said Memo of Compromise shall form part and parcel of the record. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.01.2025 sd To i) The XX Additional District Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, ii) The VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.
