This petition is filed to condone the delay of 458 days in filing the Cross Objection.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent / Insurance Company, who has no objection in condoning the delay.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay of 458 days in filing the Cross Objection is condoned.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
